8.) Building a strong Membership & Volunteer Program Members and volunteers are the backbone of many SOS programs. – It’s time to roll up our sleeves (or put on a wetsuit) and get to work. It is our goal to increase our memberships and promote environmental awareness. Enthusiasm is contagious and our volunteer program is steadily growing. The volunteers provide much appreciated assistance in all areas of the SOS programs, but we need more help. Funding is desperately needed to enhance our Organization and Volunteer Programs. 9.)
